If you pay for a hotel stay through Solartrip, there are two ways to earn cashback:

For prepay bookings, bonuses are credited to your account 3 calendar days after the check-out date.

For postpay bookings, bonuses are credited to your account 30 calendar days after the check-out date.
- Solar Cash and promo codes are accounting units used solely for the purpose of discount calculation. They are not a form of currency and cannot be redeemed.
- If an order is refunded (partially or in full), any Solar Cash bonuses redeemed on the order will not be refunded. Solar Cash is applied only at the time of purchase and cannot be reused or transferred.
- Solar Cash cannot be combined with ongoing promotions.
Using accumulated Solar Cash
- Solar Cash bonuses can be used to pay for all types of stays on the Solartrip website and mobile app.
- Solar Cash cannot be combined with ongoing promotions. If you book a stay at a special promotional price, you cannot use Solar Cash to pay for a portion of the cost.
