Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be able to view it by navigating to "Profile">"My trips".
Here you will be able to:
- View all your booking details (including booking reference),
- Amend your booking
- Download any relevant documents such as your payment receipt
NOTE: “Pending Confirmation” means that we are checking the availability of your room with the hotel. If it has been more than 24 hours since you made your booking and your confirmation is still pending, please contact Customer Support.
