To cancel your booking head to "My Trips", select the reservation and then "Cancel booking". A pop-up will appear and display any cancellation fee due. You will then need to accept this and then cancel the booking.
NOTE: carefully consider before you cancel your reservation, as bookings can’t be recovered once they’ve been cancelled.
Cancellation policy & rules
You can find the rules for cancelling your reservation in by heading to "My Trips", select the reservation and then scroll to the bottom of the page to view the "Cancellation policy"
Depending on the booking type, you may be able to cancel free of charge before a certain date. If it is a non-refundable booking or the free cancellation period has passed it unlikely that you'll be able to receive a refund. However, please reach out to our customer support team and we can see if there is anything we can do to help - we are not able to guarantee any form of refund though.

Cancellation fees
Solartrip may charge a cancellation fee up to 10% of the reservation sum. Solartrip is not responsible for decisions made by the Hotel regarding the refund of the cost of the reservation, and in matters of cancellation of the reservation is guided solely by the rules established by the Provider.
