Enter the passenger’s first and last name exactly as they appear on their government-issued photo ID (Passport, ID card or driving licence). This must be the ID that they will present to airline officials at check-in.
Passengers will encounter difficulties passing through airport security and may be denied boarding if the name on their ticket doesn’t match the name on their ID. Corrections aren’t permitted once your tickets have been issued.
Please contact the airline directly if there isn’t enough space to enter your name. We don’t recommend modifying your name as this can cause issues at airport security.
I made a mistake when I entered my name. What should I do?
If you notice a mistake in your name, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. Unfortunately, in most cases we’re unable to correct the name on a ticket, but we will check this for you.
