If your booking status is still marked as "Processing" after 30 minutes or 24 hours, please reach out to Customer Support promptly to ensure your tickets are issued.
My booking status is still “Processing.” Should I try booking again?
Please don’t make duplicate bookings.
Even if you are making an unpaid booking for price verification purposes while having already purchased tickets for the same passengers and flights, the airline may consider this as a duplicate booking.
Each airline has its own policy for handling duplicate bookings. But generally speaking, if you book tickets with the same passenger details, on the same flights and dates, or even on dates that are very close together, the airline might cancel one or even both of the bookings.
I made a booking for several passengers, but only some of them have been issued tickets. What should I do?
