You can submit a ticket change request in the My Trips section оn the Solartrip website:
- In the «My Trips» section, click «Ticket сhange or refund» → «Change ticket.».
- Specify the passengers and flights, then click «Change a ticket».
- Choose the new departure date, service class, and a suitable flight, then select «Change a Ticket» on the right-hand side.
- Before accepting your change request, we’ll send a verification code to the email address and mobile number you provided during the booking. You will need to enter this code to confirm your change request. Once submitted, your booking status will change to «Processing.»
What to do if there is no suitable flight?
Contact our support service, provide your order number, route, preferred dates, and specific flight. We will check if such a change is possible

You can submit your flight change request no later than 24 hours prior to departure. You can also contact the airline directly to submit a flight change request.
Changing the airline is not allowed. Seat availability and flight prices may change until the booking process is fully completed.
If you have already checked in for the flight, you need to cancel it to process a change. To do this, contact the airline by phone, via their website, or through their representatives at the airport.
The detailed calculation is available in the My Trips section. The total amount depends on the selected fare rules, possible fare and tax surcharges and the Solartrip service fee for flight changes.
The calculation will expire after 2 hours. If you would like to confirm the change, you’ll need to do this within 2 hours.
If you no longer wish to go ahead with the change request before you’ve paid, you can cancel it. Your original tickets will remain unchanged until you make the payment.
If you would like to proceed, you can pay the surcharge with a debit or credit card. Processing the change of a ticket will take some time. You will receive the new ticket at the email address provided when you made the purchase. You can check flight details and download current documents in the "Orders" section.
